Its been AGES since i’ve actually wrote anything on this, I’ve made some life changes resonantly and feel its a very positive thing for me.
All this gym and eating right malarky is actually paying off. I honestly can see and feel a huge improvement. Just gotta keep at it and hopefully drop this weight i gained over the last 2 years. Plus if I get out of this job (which I’m trying so hard to do) I wont be surrounded by shit food and beer!
Anyway off to a friends birthday drinking session tonight, I’ll be drinking water.. well might treat myself to a J20. Ha
